| Research interest | In the last five years, I’ve been analyzing different topics about civil area of research; particularly, I examined the matter of right’s abuse, the action of restitution connected with the undeserved obligations, the relation between bargaining power and the anti-discrimination law and the theme of fundamental human rights and freedoms in the athletic framework.
I have also considered the matter of general conditions in contracts and the spread use of standard contracts; I’ve analyzed the so-called doctrine of frustration, the théorie de l’imprevision, and the German theory of the preconception (Wegfall der Geschäftsgrundlage). I developed the research about family Law, especially mentioning the matter of family house, the agreements in the couple’s crisis and the parental abuse of responsibility. Then, a part of research has been dedicated to the theory of interpretation, with special reference to the analysis of Latin quote “in claris non fit interpretation”. |
